Women who work in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields have unique challenges.  Because these cultures tend to be dominated by men, women often face an unconscious bias that keeps them from being valued, heard, respected and promoted. This wears on their confidence and they tend to either hold themselves back, believing that they must be doing something wrong or they overcompensate by becoming aggressive and hardened.

I provide the tools, knowledge and network to help women have greater visibility, credibility, and influence within their organization.
